I created a database called test in MyPHPAdmin in my hosting provider GoDaddy.com. I exported my database from myPHP on my localhost.
When I try to import my database to my PHPAdmin within my hosting provider GoDaddy.com, it generated the following error:

I think that the test user in Godaddy.com PHPMyAdmin does not have privileges.
How can I grant the test userid privileges even though I do not see the privileges tab on the top. Even though without the privileges being visible I can not create other users.
