My website is quite simple using several non-core drupal modules. After I added a few more my list of modules load page time increased a lot, and drupal modules install/uninstall operation now constantly exceeds 30 seconds (website hosted on a dedicated server). Also initial website launch takes a long time. I need an expert to find and fix the issue, or at least detect the "bad" module so I can use an alternative.
I'll pay $100 for the fix.

This shouldnt be too hard to do using Drupal. FeedAPI can be used with the apartment RSS feeds. The only code that needs to be written is something that takes the original URL and grabs the cross street on the original post for mapping within Drupal. It needs to be automatic.

I am working on having a marketplace made out of Ubercart, where users can submit their own products to the general store.
The process is almost complete, though I have few important things that I cannot complete by myself.
These small things might need some tweaking of the modules, but not necessarily.
I am looking for someone who has good experience with Ubercart, feel confident with the ecommerce solution, can work on small projects every once in a while and maintain clean working area that other developers will understand what he or she did.
Ok Basically we are an invite only store using drupal and ubercart.
We want our users that invite people to have a credit of (example $10) when someone they invite buys something from our store.
Something along the lines of a relationship created upon invite, and then userpoints that equal a certain discount given when the invited user buys something.
Flow:
member 1 invites new member 2
new member 2 buys item
member 1 gets $10 credit towards next purchase

I am in need of a local (Philadelphia area) drupal coach. I am close to being up to speed but especially need some help learning how to integrate cck and views, set up some galleries, learn nice menus, and work out a few bugs when it comes to formatting a zen theme.
