MyPaint is an easy to use paint program. It supports several popular image formats, comes with a load of brushes, and is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux. After 5 years of development, version 0.9.0 was released on November 2 with some nice new features.

New Features

Looking for outline and size of zones in neighborhoodnotes.com, not fonts, not colors, just how it the zones are set up: fixed, pull down simple menu bar across top, bar along side down to footer, footer, logo next to bar on left and under menu bar across top, background color slightly along left and along right, 3 columns under bar and logo area, search on left. For Drupal 6 and 7 (quote for each). Hit contact me. Would need it tableless and tested under at least Firefox 3.x, IE 6 & 7, and Safari (newest for Mac).
