I need a consultant / firm to build a Drupal Site. I have created detailed specs for 2 phases.
Phase 1 is fundamentally a theming project with some custom slide shows and a few extensions. It has 12 templates and about 25 pages of data. The phase 1 "Drupal CMS Build" pdf is 16 pages long.

I've recently started using Drupal but the time it's going to take to learn as opposed to the timeframe I have to get everything together is quite impossible.

This will be a simple site (no Flash) that is template-based.
There will likely be a homepage as well as 1 – 2 sub-page templates.
