I use cpanel to create a subdomain, installed drupal in the the floder specified and all is working well. That is of course, until I tried to enable a new Theme. I uploaded the theme in the the subdomain subdirectory (/public_html/subdomain_name/sites/all/themes). I reload the the themes admin page and it is listed, but the thumbnail image is not showing. If I enable the theme, there does not seem to be any formating of the displayed page. The default themes work fine.
Any help would be apreciated. I checked and the file permissions are set the same for the folders in the root domain as the subdomain.
