Ok, I'm tired of going in circles. would someone please help if you can? I am looking for:
support ticket system that can sent out and update tickets via email and also do invoices. I will not have an online store at this time, might want to look at that down the road, but for now I do not need this. I just need a way to handle support tickets both on the web or via email and a way to generate invoices to the clients. I have very fiew products and the prices can very.
I have looked at and installed storm, that has no email ticketing system, ubercart, it looks way more then what I need and I got confused. I looked at a page that compared about 5 different ticketing systems, but nothing seems to be simple. I am thinking about civicrm, but I think that might be way more then what I need as well and I am not sure if that even has an invoice system.
If anyone has gone down this rout before would you mind pointing me to a guide that will not put me in a tale spin? In short features I would like now for my clients is:
1 support ticketing system they can respond to tickets via email
2 ability to invoice my clients with products where the prices very. I will do the invoices myself.
3. I would like to keep track of my clients with my own notes and other items, but really the most important right now is items 1 and 2.
