Our existing site, www.inaura.net, now requires ongoing developer support during phase 2 of its development (3-6 months) and on a maintenance basis.
We have a range of specific and strategic targets: listed here in priority order.
To attend a one day planning meeting (with allowance made for travel time) in Somerset with our web management team.
Assess integrity and design of existing site and iron out flaws in its structure if any (expectation - one day).
Carry out minor modifications of existing site: eg install favicon, modify contacts page (expectation - one day).
Provide 1:1 tuition (in blocks of one hour, once a week for 4-6 weeks) to our in-house developer usually through long distance learning (remote assistance, IM, telephone). Times can be variable or fixed to suit you (expectation - one hour per week)
Expand the functionality of the site particularly with respect to easy creation of questionnaires, event bookings, and sequenced training pages. (expectation - you provide a development spec with quote and timeframe).
Provide troubleshooting support on demand to an agreed service level on an ongoing basis (expectation - monthly arrangements to be negotiated).
