This may sound like a dumb question, but here goes:
I have just installed my first ever Drupal site. I have added a theme etc. with no major issues.
My question is this - should my core Drupal files all reside in a folder called "drupal", which resides on the root of the public directory.
example: www.mysite/drupal
The problem being that there is no index.html page on the root directory, so when you goto www.mysite.com/ all you see is a directory listing and not the homepage. Should I place the contents of this "drupal" directory on the root directory to solve this, or have i missed something simple?
Thanks
Connor
