Sometimes we think that Drupal installation is too hard,but it is wrong idea.Drupal installation is so easy if we use the open source software named Acquia (this is totally free), so don’t worry.Today I discuss very very easiest way to install Drupal.I brief it step by step is shown below :
Step-1 :
First you download Acquia from this link http://acquia.com/ for various types of operating systems. Then install it on your computer.
Stap-2 :
Then you open the application from start button.Then click Start button to start Apache Web Server and MySQL Database Server like the below screen shot :
Step-3 :
Now download Drupal CMS from this link http://drupal.org/download and extract it and put it any directory as your wish.
Step-4 :
Now click more… like below :
Step-5 :
Now click import… like below :
Step-6 :
Now follow the following steps like the screen shot and click import.
Note : Your server name will be your local site name with Acquia software server port .Here I use my server name codehunterbd so my local site name will be http://codehunterbd:8082/,here 8082 is Acquia software server port.
Step-7 :
After clicking import you will see like below on your browser,now click Install Drupal in English :
Step-8 :
Now your fill the require fields and and click Save and Continue.
Now BOOM your Drupal site is install properly on your computer.I think you enjoy it so much today.
