I've spent a week searching the forums and trying several methods and I've no more ideas. I have a drupal 7 installation on my domain with 2 subdomains because I want to do a multi-site install.
My main install is working fine: www.idealiner.com
Then my subdomain http://metrosleep.idealiner.com - created as sites/metrosleep.idealiner.com/ in the main install, returns this....

You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I'm almost 100% sure the subdomain was created correctly and that it's a problem of htaccess or php.ini, but beyond that I don't know. I've been able to do pretty much anything on my host (Hostrocket), but maybe this is where my luck stops :( Any help is appreciated.
