We are launching a user generated content web site (Drupal) with email updates (Delivra). The site is ready to launch, but we need someone (Preferably local to NYC). To take over maintenance and feature enhancements. What we need is a someone who can take technical ownership of the web site. We have a graphics person for art work/design, so that skill not required, although it is always helpful.
