I recently won the career lottery and was given the green light to create a new research group at the company I work for. This group currently is working on an LMS leveraging Drupal as well as soup of other components. As much as I would love to be a lone-ranger I think it would be more prudent to bring in another developer to our little shop.
The perfect applicant would be someone:
-loves Linux as much as we do (+10 if you roll your own!)
-is custom to writing their own bash scripts because doing repetitive tasks sucks
-is comfortable in Eclipse IDE
-has written a module or three
Degrees and experience are not as important to us as heart.
