Diggit Drupalextras

I've installed Drupal 6.1 on Siteground, but can't figure out how to get my my Drupal managed content to publish to the public_html directory so that folks will go to my Drupal content-managed home page. Can anyone help me with this? We're a non-profit with no money....our Web site is www.worldpoetryreview.com.
