I have been trying for days to figure out a way to get some videos playing off my drupal 7 site. The media module isn't yet ready. I tried mediafront, I managed to load the player, and it saw my two videos but they were blank. Looking into mediaelement, but not sure exactly how to make the player display on the page.
If anyone has figured out how to post video to a drupal 7 site ( without embedding it from an external service such as youtube ) .. please post!
Which media type is the best to use?
Do I need to pre-convert all my videos to the same format before uploading if I want to host them myself?
