I am a graphic designer who work with associates around the world to make my living. Right now I lost one of my old colleague who was my Drupal guru. And meanwhile I have a website contract due. This website will be very simple... still designing the grid and look... but will have only 6 pages. 5 pages with only text and images and 1 with a contact form. So nothing big and special about it :) But the design is really important to me and needs to stay intact, so the developer needs to work to make it as it is. The second thing is that it needs to be fully accessible, working and visually mostly identical in every browsers and phones on the market. I don't want the client to call me and say e.g. "my friend saw it on his computer and the logo was not there." The developer will need to check by himself the compatibility issues and I will verify them when ready.
So I need a developer ....
- That speaks fluently english or french
- That has experiences with css and Drupal
- That is reachable by email, skype and by phone ... and responds quickly
- That can give me a fixed price for the job when the design is set
I can only pay when the project is ready (as my clients do) by paypal or by check.
