Hi,
we are investigating hiring a Drupal developer one day a week to maintain our site. Basically, the task is to take the issue list and remove as much issues as possible. The needed skills are:
- PHP;
- MySQL;
- 2 years of Drupal development minimum.
- Ubercart experience
- Experience in Drupal deployment workflow (using modules update functions, feature modules, etc);
- Autonomy. Basically, we will add issues in the list. The developer will have to fix them as much as he can without needing us to ask.
- Team work. Well, sometimes, when more complex developement are needed, we will hire someone internally. So he should know all the basic collaboration tools (SVN, skype, etc).
