I am a web and graphic designer who works at home. I am looking for a long term partnership with a developer who works at home too. I have many clients and the need for CMS is definitely going up. I already worked with a friend on a Drupal website last year and liked Drupal a lot, but the relation between my friend and I was difficult. He didn't have enough experience and was always grumpy about all the changes needed. I had to find a new developer right in the middle of the contract with the website full of issues. At least the other developer was great and resolve the issues (that my friend was so grumpy about) easily. So I need someone who likes working with Drupal and have enough experience to know how much to charge (fixed-price), how to resolve issues and keep the partnership fun and alive.
I think I might slowly start to learn how to use Drupal too. But for now, I would need a good developer that have experience with cross-browser issues and if you had an experience working with a graphic designer, it would be an asset. I would like to know your rates by hour and know about your experiences with Drupal. I need someone who's able to do fixed-price jobs too. I often take fixed-price contract with my clients.
