In an English Drupal installation, I added Spanish language and enabled the Language Switcher block.
I also configured the language negotiation option to be "path prefix only".
So far so good, the Language Switcher block works as expected.
As Spanish will be the default language for this site, I configured Spanish to be the default language and with a weight of -1. Since this, the "Language Switcher" stopped working and doesn't switch languages. I tried changing lots of configuration options and the problem persists.
If I turn all back to where it was, the Language Switcher block works again as expected.
How can I configure Locale in order to let Spanish be the default language to have URLs something like:
mysite.com/content/pagina-espanol (for spanish)
mysite.com/content/en/page-in-english (for english)
with a working Language Switcher block?
