Hi, I am new to Drupal and successfully launched my first site about 3 weeks ago.

Everything worked great until 2 days ago, when I suddenly received the following error:
Fatal error: Class 'PDO' not found in /home/...../public_html/includes/database/database.inc on line 184

I made no changes for about 3 days prior. The #extension=pdo.so, #extension=pdo_sqlite.so were added to my php.ini before the launch.

I’m using Drupal 7 and a shared host with PHP Version: 5.4.13.

Can anybody please help me solve this!!

In Drupal 6, you could increase the memory on a shared server by placing a php.ini file with the line

in the root folder.
Because I am having roblems with the 64MB limit, I wanted to increase using the same method, but I always get the fatal error below:

Fatal error: Class 'PDO' not found in /home/woof/public_html/includes/database/database.inc on line 184

Any way around this?

I am trying to install a new Drupal 7.
I get the errors

PHP extensions Disabled
Drupal requires you to enable the PHP extensions in the following list (see the system requirements page for more information):

I have a Drupal installation in mydomain.com/drupal and it worked perfect until yesterday. As it turns out the hosting provider updated their PHP version (while changing Plesk to cPanel) and now I get the following error:

Fatal error: Undefined class constant 'MYSQL_ATTR_USE_BUFFERED_QUERY' in /home/mydomain/public_html/drupal/includes/database/mysql/database.inc on line 46

Fatal error: Class 'PDO' not found

I'm running Drupal 6 in the webroot (public_html) and installed drupal-7.x-dev in folder "drupal"

Browsing to example.com/drupal produces this error:

The first attempt began the installation of drupal 7 but halted after the "install in English" question with the complaint that register_globals must be off.

I want to install drupal version 7 alpha 4 , and in this case I found something difficult like this warning message :
Fatal error: Class 'PDO' not found in C:\mywebsites\drupal7\includes\database\database.inc on line 178

I am attempting to install Drupal 7 on Red Hat Linux 5.6. I get the message:

My php configure statement is:

./configure --with-apxs2=/usr/sbin/apxs --with-mysql=shared --with-gd=shared

I have the line "extension=php_gd2.pll" in /etc/php.ini and the line "extension=gd.so" in /etc/php.d/php.ini

I have restarted apache and confirmed that the php-gd package is installed on my server.

i purchased a CentOs VPS with cpanel and WMH,

i tried to install drupal in one of my domains but i got this error

Fatal error: Class 'PDO' not found in /home/edgarzer/public_html/includes/database/database.inc on line 184

i createdf a php.ini in the drupal directory adding this lines
extension=pdo.so
extension=pdo_mysql.so

and also restarted the server but no help, i don't know if i need to add something to the .htacess or add those line in a different php.ini wich i dont seem to find

please any help
