I've had a Drupal developer/"expert" pretty much walk away from completing the final steps in getting my IT services site going. He did most of the shopping cart integration (UberCart) and site construction, but has left many little unfinished parts to it. He swore that he was a skilled developer and from his resume, it looked to be the case. Seems his business ethics need some work.

I need to hire an experienced Drupal web site developer. What would be some good questions to ad to garner how much Drupal a person really knows?

Currently, the dev site has been built and most of the templates are up. I need another person to work with the main developer to help link content, adjust templates or create new ones, modify HTML and CSS and also helpload content.

We are developing an online portal system for a client within the U.S. military. We need someone that is extremely experience with Drupal, PHP, AJAX, etc. The site would be on the social networking end of things. We would prefer if you had a secret security clearance, but that is not 100% necessary, just preferred. We do NEED to have someone that was in the military or currently is in the military. So, if you know any military Drupal developers, please forward them this request.

What we need:

We have some updates that are needed to a Drupal 6 site we developed a couple of years ago which we're hoping will rectify a virus issue. We no longer work with the original developer and our current team doesn't have time to address this issue. There are about 16 module updates needed and a core update from 6.19 to 6.25.

I just got my refund back a months ago from a developer that kept delaying the work given and didnt commit to the deadline. Even though I gave that person endless amounts of months to complete but unfortunately, it didnt work out and I was given my refund back.

After searching google, etc. I am stuck. In a forum the posts should look like:

in other words, by the date/time stamp. For some reason in my forum, everything is posting by author first, then time stamp. ex:
