Hi,
I would like to take control of some of my Field Descriptions (Not the Help Text).
For example, under the Image Field I get my help text plus the following:

Maximum Filesize: 2 MB
Allowed Extensions: jpg jpeg gif png
Images larger than 600x400 pixels will be scaled

I prefer putting all this in my help text.

But I don't know which files I should be looking in order to edit fields.
Any idea?

I'm trying to create a form that includes a composite field made of several textboxes and selects. Although I could just place multiple controls on the form, it seems logical to package the fields together.

In Drupal 6 I could do this with hook_elements(), however in Drupal 7 this has been replaced by hook_field_info() and the Field API, which in theory should be an improvement.

Form Tips module uses JS to move form descriptions to tooltips.
It helps to reduce form clutter by removing form descriptions from the page and only displaying them when needed.

I'm using version 7 alpha 3 and a custom theme based on seven.

What I want to do is remove the descriptions on the user/login page text fields.
For example, under the password field label it says:
Enter the password that accompanies your username.

I recently started using Drupal, and it's been absolutely great! I love it, but I'm looking for a module that I just can't find.

I'm making a content for uploading images with description, and with that I mean for every image you choose and upload, there will be a box below it where you're able to write a description.

I know that you can make like say... 5 images, and then 5 text fields below the images for the descriptions, but then all the images will be in one place, and the descriptions in another.

I've been trying everything to get a registration form to do what my use-case is asking it to do and have gotten absolutely nowhere. I even hopped on the IRC to get support and I got wonderful support but I am still at a lost. I am not grasping the flexibility and limits of forms very well and I'm out of ideas. My original use-case was to replicate what Darthmouth has in their subscribe tab which can be viewed here:

Hello, I have been searching everywhere for some help with this, and found bits out, but nothing helping with the actualy code on how to display 2 file fields next to each other instead of on seperate lines.
i am using CCK, Filefield to create my custom content type. there are 2 PDF file field upload options with descriptions. I would like to know how i can display both filefields and descriptions in a row.
i have installed contemplate, but have no idea how to use it, theres not a lot of info out there!
