You need mad Drupal and PHP skills. We are building a team of "post-launch support agents" -- people who will help our clients AFTER they have launched their website. Anything could come up. Drupal needs a security update. Custom module code is busted. SMS framework module needs some improvement.
It could be anything - you need to be ready for it.
Tickets are entered into Basecamp and assigned to you. Once assigned, you need to jump on it, follow up with the customer, set expectations, and track your time.
Could ultimately lead to a full time position - or you can stay working hourly.
