I'm using bluehost to host my Drupal site, and I use simplescripts.com to install it (as recommended by Bluehost).

Now I'm seeing 2 links at the end of all the webpages:

Is there a easy way to remove them? Using admin?

Hi all.

I've just discovered that Bluehost has SimpleScripts which appears to do updating to the next release. As a only quasi-techie, updates are a bit of a bane for me and I often have difficulties so this looks like it would really help.

Does anyone use SimpleScripts for a relatively complex site? How reliable are the updates?

I installed "Drupal 7.0" on my website host, "iPage", by using the "SimpleScripts" function provided by "iPage". I used this installation successfully (except for Problem 1 below) to create a test website at the learning stage.

does any one knows which web host is best to host drupal website. Recently i have found one hosting provider Blue Host. http://www.bluehost.com/. The features sounds good to me. Does any one have any experience with Bluehost?

I have my site running in another hosting server. is it possible to transfer that site to Blue host?

I have completed developing my Drupal site using Mamp as my localhost.

Now, I want to migrate to a hosting company that supports Drupal-- perhaps bluehost.com.

I know that I will need to copy the database, and i have already done so.

My question:

What is bothering me is how to transfer my actual Drupal site: the contents in sites>default.

Should I make a copy of the 'sites' folder and then replace that with the 'sites' folder that is installed using 'simplescripts' on bluehost.com (just an example. I 'm not endorsing anyone)?

I have developed couple of websites and uploaded in a web server which are running properly. That server has lots of restriction . So I wanna transfer my websites to Bluehost. I need some suggestion from people who have experience with blue host.

1. I want to upload my website manually. (not using fantastico / simple script). have you face any problem while uploading drupal website manually.

I'm trying to take my site live. My customized theme is working now, but only after I configured it. Only a few of the core and non-core modules were enabled, so I went through and enabled the ones I need. All the permissions and other module configurations need to be set again, so it's obvious I missed something critical.

Today we are moving our new site (6.13) from a local test server (wamp) to Bluehost. We have no experience with Bluehost and was wondering what was the best way to do the install might be ( manual or one-click)?

Anyone who has experience with Bluehost, we would love your opinions on this topic.

Hi everyone,
I'm fairly new to Drupal and have recently created a site. I have set the site up through Bluehost and was hoping someone could give me a hand who is familiar with Bluehost and their installs. I'd like to install Drupal Commerce Kickstart to help me get started with my site but I am only familiar with how to install modules at this stage. Basically, i'd like help uploading a .tar.gz file instead of a .tar file. Any help would be appreciated.
