I am using Drupal 6.16 and am suddenly having problems in creating a new books. Up until now I've had not problems but notice that the ability to create new books stopped after I installed the workflow module - but I'm unsure if this is a coincidence. When I am creating content and select 'create new book' in book outline and save, I don't have the option to create child-pages and my content is shown as being part of a previously created book (the first one on the list). I am unable to change this.
I have checked that books is enable in the core modules and have looked at the book settings, adding the content types I want to be allowed for allowed book outline types and default child page types. I can't understand what has happened nor how to rectify this situation.
Any help would be very gratefully welcomed.
