I've been trying to fix this for a few hours now and am at my wits end. If anybody could be kind enough to take a look at my installation at http://pricare.co.uk/ and give me any advice as to why my menus look so basic and iconless, I would be extremely grateful.

I currently have Acquia Marina 6.x-2.0 installed and am looking to update to v3. but want to keep the current theme in place until I get v3 completely together with an updated aesthetic for the site, etc. . . I currently don't have Fusion installed and am unsure of how this will impact the update.
How would I go about accomplishing this?

I am an advocate and thing Earl is an advocate but am not certain just how much traction/support this movement has. I bring it up here because I would like to know how this might impact Fusion themes and the Skinr module and whether you guys embrace this possible development or see no need to do so (at least for the time being).

I'm new to Drupal but steadily learning. After reading the manuals from Fusion and digging in all the posts here, I'm still struggling with my site.

I placed the image in preface top.
Thanks in advance!

I realize of course this would mean that the hosting installation would have to have PERL enabled on their server (not a normal Drupal setup) but I don't think that is the same as "requiring a 3rd party proprietary program" since PERL is open source and quite common on many hosting services.

There has been much discussion through the years about the automatic GPL status of Themes and Modules, and I will weigh in on that topic itself in another post (see the bottom of this post). But for now suffice it to say that I see an argument in favor of requiring GPL for Modules but I see a very different and very compelling argument in favor of excluding Themes from the GPL mandate. This post is to address a pre-cursor to that argument ...

Has anyone seen a problem with IE8 not loading a customised local.css file? I'm running Acquia prosper, setup as recommended.
Hi all
First things first. I have been working with Drupal only for three weeks now. So sorry if this is noob stuff.
I have problem with superfish menu on ie7. I have decided that I don´t even want to launch this site ie6.
I have tried z-indexing elements and do all kind of hacs in css.I just can´t get hovers or even links to function.

Hey,
So I have spend the greater park of two days trying to figure these two things out, and cannot.
One; The top banner on the new fusion aquia slate... The white background. Where do I change that colour?
Two; Somehow I lost the rounded corners of it (photo included), any ideas?
Thank You.

Read more »I love this theme, but I'm thinking I'd like to put a video (not yet sure of the file format) in the place where the banner is.
Can someone point me to some resources that might help me do it. Anything that takes advantage of existing drupal modules would be best.
P.S. I'd like the video to sit in the background (as the benner is) so that the site information can still overwrite the video. Is this easily possible?
Thanks!

I'm using Acquia Slate for while and its an awesome theme.
Im trying to modify it a little and one of the steps that is stopping me is probably a newbie one.
I have just "successfully" installed Acquia Slate, 3.x (3.0 Beta 1). I am trying to get the background image to show on the front page (like on http://acquiaslate.fusiondrupalthemes.com/), but the instructions/documentation seem to have been written for a different version of the theme.

bevor I'm losing my mind I dare to ask this stupid question... how do I center a 'Fivestar' voting widget inside a table? My (sub-) theme is based on Fusion, the widget resides inside a table cell, the (views) table is embedded as a block into a panel page. Centeriing other elements like text and images works as ususal (through the 'Skinr' style or directly through CSS), just this bloody widget won't comply. Using Skinr 6.x-1.5 and Fusion 6.x-1.0-rc1.

I've installed the Acquia Marina theme (along w/ fusion). everything seems to be working, except for the sidebar-first (left-hand sidebar) - the white box that sits behind the text and the green title header isn't showing up and the icon doesn't sit properly - i.e. the bottom of the star overlaps with the first menu item.

I'd like to make the various built-in regions (Header Top, Header, etc.) and their blocks not have any margin/padding, but sit tight on each other, even tell them exactly how wide to be. I looked in the Fusion Core, but there's no local-sample.css. There is, however in Fusion Starter, but it's empty. I take it that a local.css in Fusion Starter's directory is a sort of "overrider" css that gets read last and has the last say.

I'm having an issue with Acquia Slate 6.x-3.x-dev running on Drupal 6.16. I'm using Firefox 3.6.3 and Chrome 4.1.x.
All of my pages look correct, with the exception of the frontpage. I redownloaded the Acquia Slate source. I have unloaded and reloaded Fusion Core and Acquia Slate many times. I have flushed the caches (both Drupal and Firefox). I have changed AS configuration any number of ways to no effect.

I am using domain access and domain theme to create subdomains and to theme them specifically.

For a fix I've simply got the login showing up only on the home page.

We recently migrated our World of Warcraft guild website from GuildPortal to our own host. As the designated webdeveloper, I took a well-researched plunge into the world of Drupal. Our site went live about a month ago, and we've continuously been modifying and updating the site since then. You can take a look at the site at TWC Gaming. Our performance optimization and caching still isn't fully set up, so the site is slow on occasion. Apologies in advance.

Hi all,
I'm new to Drupal and Acquia slate. I am creating multiple sites for a client. I've elected to copy and move the site from domain to domain using "Back Up and Migrate". It seems to work beautifully, except the home page for the new site reflects the banner info of the old site (yet new image shows) and if I change the title and text on the new site, well it changes the title and text on the old site. I think there is probably a quick fix to this. I appreciate any assistance.
Thanks!

Obviously I can cram more content onto one screen. What are the disadvantages? Is there a rule of thumb which layout to choose? Most sites seem to use a fixed layout. Why?
To be honest the thought of using a fluid layout only occurred to me today while fooling around with the fusion settings.
