I am using Drupal-6.19 and smtp-6.x-1.0-beta5. I have the modules set up on two separate instances of Drupal and one of them works. That is, subscriptions and new user notifications function. On the other instance, I get the error message: Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'sites/all/modules/smtp/phpmailer/class.phpmailer.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php5/lib/pear') in /home/digitaldrz/enabling.org/drupal/sites/all/modules/smtp/smtp.module on line 266
The sites/all/modules and sites/all/modules/smtp directories are identical.
