Starting this summer, the Development Seed team will offer private paid support for Open Atrium. The idea is simple. Open Atrium has awesome free support on community.openatrium.com, but some organizations need more hands-on, dedicated support. As its creator, our team has a unique perspective on all things Open Atrium, from its inner workings to best practices for its implementation. We're launching a private support service to help take special care of users.
Our support service will be targeted directly to the developers at organizations running Open Atrium. It will focus specifically on answering questions and assisting with installation and setup, configuration, any core Open Atrium issues, upgrading assistance, theme changes, optimization, and best practice advice, including choice of hardware and operating system. We will not be supporting custom Atrium Features or doing custom work as part of our support offering, just helping users leverage all the core parts of Open Atrium.
