Everything was set up and working correctly - we have six user roles, about thirty taxonomy terms, and roles were only seeing what they were supposed to see.
But as of yesterday afternoon the Grants are missing. For example, if I look at the TAP for our Content Admin role I have one entry listed on the page - default. Every other term is gone. I can choose them from the dropdown, and check List etc, but what happened to my original settings, my settings that worked for over a month?
And yes, if I log in as a user who had restricted access, I can now see everything.
This is 6.13 (waiting to solve this issue before updating to 6.14.)
