Hello Drupal Developers,
We are looking for a complete “Suite Build Developer”. This includes from installation, to theme design, modifications from existing modules and new written modules. (If modules are newly written or are modified they shall be contributed 100% to the drupal community)
The project can be handed over to a Project Developer who is managing the development and finding the right partners or to a company who is doing all this in house. We prefer to work with small to midsized companies.
The budget shall not exceed 20,000 USD. The development time shall be not over 3 month, but this depends on the view of the developer and is not the most important factor. Quality is more important.
Target of the website:
The website shall have two main functions:
1) Election System (User of the week, User of the month and User of the year)
User Group A elects from User Group B --> The elected User becomes member of User Group C (User of the week) -> The User Group A elects from User Group C the User of the month will come to Group D ...
2) Social Networking Website
All Users shall be able to communicate like on Facebook for example. (Messaging, Groups, Friends, Events, Location/Maps etc.)
