While i installed drupal 7 i encounterd the follwing error;:
./sites/default/default.settings.php file to
./sites/default/settings.php.
?>
then i changed from this one here: ./sites/default/default.settings.php
and altered it to this one; /home/vhost/WWW/schulcenter.net/sites/default/settings.php
but the system did not like this – why =!? I do not know – i finall got the following
Default settings fileThe default settings file does not exist. The Drupal installer requires that th<strong>e ./sites/default/default.settings.php</strong> file not be modified in any way from the original download.
OK Settings fileThe ./sites/default/settings.php file exists.
OK Settings fileThe settings file is writable.
?>
Okay – well i have some troubles in udnerstanding all the warnings … but should i
have the following in one (and only folder )
in the default-folder drinne the both files
/sites/default/settings.php
/sites/default/default.settings.php
?>
Really – well do they want me to have the above mentioned stuff in the folder !?
Well – you see this makes my wondering a bit – but any way i do it – if i have to. I can craeate all the necessary stuff...
love to hear from you
